Does Zeke's Harbringer build charges faster if you and your support both have it?

Would be interesting if it works. What I am wondering is if both the ADC and SUPPORT build ZEKE'S HARBINGER does it build charges faster? If nobody knows then I will playtest it myself but I thought I would ask the boards first.

Probably doesn't work, and even if it does, you'd still be better off building some other item if you're not the support.

Any way we could have the BANS all happen at the same time? So that we aren't waiting as long?
