Any way we could have the BANS all happen at the same time? So that we aren't waiting as long?

I sit as many do waiting for a ranked game to begin. Six champions are banned in sequence, first one, then two, then three, and so on until six have been banned. The first champion banned is on one side of the screen by that team, then the other side of the screen by that team. This continues back and forth until six different people have banned champions and then the selection of champions by the players that are playing them finally begins... someone dodges... and suddenly I am starting at a somewhat blank feeling screen in Queue waiting again for a game to begin. This feeling is somewhat lethargic, click the queue wait through bans and champ select, sometimes several times. I've easily waited an hour for a game to start from time to time.

So what if everyone just banned all at once?
