Soooo whats the purpose of vaynes q now????

the purpose has now been outshined by kalistas passive. i think some quality of life changes are needed, like giving it a dagger when shes finished the animation like ezreals arcane shift. or simply removing the debuff so she can cast it every x seconds regardless of auto attacking.
