Illaoi's Passive on URF

It sucks. period.

She cannot contest anything when her passive starts at a 20 second cooldown and scales down to a 12-ish second cooldown while everyone else has the 80% CD to their abilities/passive. It just pushes her out of the game mode, much like how she is pushed out of One for All because her passive doesn't proc on other Illaoi's W's.

Please just put the cooldown on Illaoi's passive, I would really appreciate it.

well it doesn't matter anyway because her cast times are too slow for urf in the time it takes her to do 1 rotation of her abilities other champions can do 2 or 3
