@riot . can we just admit the truth. mages dont need rylais, but AP bruisers do.

with that said. i have a solution

the AD mallet is finely balanced. any AD champion can buy it to become a bit tankier and have a slow

so we can keep the overnerfed weak rylais that "some" mages might get for its utility (reduce its pricetag by 200 tho. kinda expensive)

then ADD

a 600 hp. 30 armor. 30 mr item with a 20% ability slow (just like rylais) for tanks. and even things like hecarim / skarner could build this one

so you want it to have 75 AP, 600 HP, 30 armor and MR for 2400 gold? not sure but that is way too many stats... literally everyone would just get the item as long as they have some amount of AP ratio and need defensive stats. This will break the item completely

the op was talking about that as a new item. The only thing they said about item 3116 was to maybe reduce it's cost by 200g. Then op wanted Riot to create another item with 600 hp. 30 armor. 30 mr item with a 20% ability slow for then the AP/tanks can utilize it.

I do think thats not to bad of an idea. Depends on the cost of the item suggested really, but the tanks you mentioned (people like Hecarim Skarner ) could just use item 3025 if they wanted a tanky item that helps slows down enemies. So there isn't to many people that would want that item

The new item would still be universally better than IBG since it gives you 600 health and 30 armor/MR. Technically IBG has 30 more armor but 600 hp > 30 armor, the mana wouldn't even be worth it nor the cdr since you could still build FH of u needed the cdr and mana. Over all this item suggestion is definitely too much for its own good (one of the reasons why bulwark was removed)
