Placement matches should be removed.

I know the heat at the moment is on promos but I don't mind them. Yes it sucks that you can't dodge due to a loss or that people lolnexus and see that you are in promos and troll because you, as 1st pick didnt give them the role that they wanted because it happens to be your main role as well. I've had the tedious experience of having to do promos 4+ times before I finally got through them. But placement matches are stressful. I'm 3-0 atm and I just know the trolls are coming. Last time I did placements I lost my 1st two games because we had wood 5 comps. Double top lane with no jungler, all squishy ad, 3 adcs and 2 supports etc. At no other time in playing ranked do I feel more angst then when I play placement matches. I understand having to do it once to get your 1st mmr. But I would be happy with starting bronze 5 and going from there to be honest. After you do your placement matches I feel like you should start in the bottom of the division you were the previous season and those at the bottom of the division go to the top of the tier below where they were. and bronze stay where they are. Diamond 5 being the highest you can start(for challengers only).

Challenger at the start of the new season = Diamond 5 Diamond 5-master at the start of the new season = Plat 1 Plat 4-Plat 1 at the start of the new season = plat 5 plat 5 at the start of the new season = gold 1 Gold 4-Gold 1 at the start of the new season = gold 5 Gold 5 at the start of the new season = silver 1 Silver 4-Silver 1 at the start of the new season = silver 5 Silver 5 at the start of the new season = Bronze 1 Bronze 5-1 at the start of the new season = Where ever they were just at 0 lp.

This removes the placement stress and should be considered fair as far as new season elo. Also at the start of the new season drop the bar for decaying to 2 losses at 0 lp of which doesnt reset until 50 lp(meaning if you lose your 1st game and make it to 49 lp but drop back down to 0 and lose another game then you drop regardless if you are at the bottom of the tier or not. Yes this means if you lose 2 games at 0 lp in plat 5 then you drop to gold 1) for the 1st 20-30 games of the season. This will deviate trolls who actually earn their rank and make those who get multiple reports of trolling in multiple games drop an entire tier(Plat 5-gold 5) after a 1-2 week ban and this will make those who are trolling because they boosted to get diamond or paid for their account the previous season not be able to troll very much for the risk of dropping 5 divisions plus heft bans. I know it wont happen but it would be nice.
