Swain needs a bit of a nerf..

He has a fairly safe laning phase and once he has zhonyas plus ult it makes killing vlad seem easy. You dont need to nerf his ratios. All you need to do is change his ult. Make it to where his ult requires you to aa to proc it. Yes make his ult act like a hurricane. Where if he aa's something in ult form it will send up to 3 crows and heal him. What makes him op is the fact that he builds zhonyas, rylais, roa and liandrys which makes him not only tanky but deal an absurd amount of damage due to his dot and his stun and his birds doing massive damage. To make matters worse you almost kill him and he zhonyas in the middle of the fight near minions so even if you run away he gets back to over half health. So if you make his ult proc as an aa that would mean he could no longer heal while in zhonyas. I truly think this would balance him out because no one this strong should be this safe as well.
