Blacklist

Since we have a friends list, we should have a blacklist also. Lost to ranked games because of the same player. The solution is to dodge the game once you see the bad player on your team, but if you do that you lose points. So, once the bad player pops in, you lose no matter what. Is that fare? Why should i have to endure a full game with a bad player? Or lose point, if i decide not to? This is broken. We all know that we can have bad games, and even bad days. But i believe we should have an option to never play with a certain player again.
