I can only assume not as they consist of games filled with 29/0 kd until they get to high gold mmr where their team mates start having enough ego to think they know better than a insert smurf's rank here, all while ignoring that they have a silver something player in there gold/plat game because the supposedly silver player has reached their mmr. I have seen many posts like this and they all have a common theme. The people they complain about only did really bad in the game they were in them with. If they went 0/6/1 in the game being complained about, that same player in the same elo carried a few games previous with something like 10/2/12. Everyone has bad games. Don't try telling me that you have never been one of the very people you are whining about. Riot has nothing to do with you getting someone who is having a bad game. They don't have a crystal ball that shows everyone's scores before their games and pair all the bad players with you because you are on a winning streak. It just happens that your luck sucks if this is true so get over it and move on.
