Wouldn't it make more sense to match duo queue players with other duo queue players instead of placing them against a higher MMR team?
As it is, the other three players are being nothing but punished, and are being placed against their own odds of doing well in the game. Why not just fix the matchmaking and stop punishing players?!
How are the other 3 people being punished? They will have MMR appropriate for the matchup; your Duo doesn't just grab people at your original low MMR then place them against a higher MMR matching, it grabs people from the right MMR to begin with. You make no sense. If you dont' understand, here's a rough representation;
MMR of you alone 5
MMR of partner alone 5
Duo MMR adjustment 6
Teammate's MMR you'll be matched with 6
Opponents MMR you'll be matched with 6
Like that. It's not grabbing a whole team of MMR 5 teammates then adjusting the team's MMR up to be matched so all your team is lower than all the enemy.
I think the way it works is when premades aren't available to be matched up against, you get paired up against higher MMRs but don't quote me on it.
