Who is better?
Ziggs or Xerath?
Ziggs: tower destruction, easier to aim skills, better self peel with W, all abilities can be spammed at point blank if focused, Ultimate is easy to aim with focused AOE damage
Xerath: a lot more mana due to passive, 4 damage spells, Xerath W > Ziggs E, better wave clear(?), Q can go through minions and multiple enemies, more dangerous roams, better late game pick potential from super long range, has a ranged stun
Who is the king of artillery mages? Ziggs or Xerath?
he is more fun to play or watch but sadly he is weak at the moment because his Q is really easy to dodge and Riot doesn't care about him.
So I say
