Lissandra R quality of life change

Just a quick suggestion , Lissandra's R feels especially clunky in Aram and in Rift teamfights , because most of the time when i mean to click myself i click some enemy right next to me. Maybe it could be tweaked to if you tap R the ult goes on her, but if you click and hold R it goes on who you choose? It might just be me having an issue with it, but I just thought i'd put the idea out there!

If you press Alt while using an ability it will automatically target yourself. It takes a little while to get used to, but is really helpful since you don't even need to move the cursor.

There's already a feature to automatically self-cast, hold ALT+the ability key.

ALT+Any self castable ability self casts.
