TbSkyen's done a really good video with what I think are valid criticisms and praise of their new designs. At this point I know Riot doesn't really care what anyone thinks of them and god forbid change anything meaningful (thought the new chest plate design was nice it still has its problems), but I know some of you like these kinds of videos :>
I LOVE TBSKYEN!!!!! He has an extensive list of videos where he talks about Riot and their design choices and writing choices. I love how he so clearly explains his dislikes and likes and WHY IT MATTERS objectively....he's a delight and I usually agree with him 80-90% of the time! If I remember right, he himself is a writer and artist that has been part of that world for a long time I believe. So his opinion is very important to consider because I believe it holds more weight than some random player that hates a change for the sake of hating it. Mr. Skyen has legitimate points and I wish Riot would watch his videos more often. I think he has a lot of positive and thought provoking feedback that could change things for the better if seriously considered.
HAH, maybe Riot will listen to at least youtubers. I highly fucking doubt that, but a man can have his hopes, right?
I disagree with his opinions on old Morgana and lore, but whatever.
I actually thought they'd give Morg more of a Kalista body type since pre-update she always struck me as unhealthily pale and somewhat anorexic. Making her fat might not improve reading because in a lot of impoverished places it can be a sign of wealth since you can afford to feed yourself.
Is it weird to say I love the guys voice?

Well, it's not that nice, kinda boring.
I think he kind of missed the mark with Morgana. I don't think she's been characterized as against justice, she's just more about rehabilitation and mercy. To make her punk would make seem almost against rehabilitation. I mean sure, she likes mortals more than the divine, but just because they are more empathetic. So shouldn't her design be some what soft? I don't think she has completely abandoned her complementary aspect of justice, she's just completely abandoned Kayle's side of it.
Regardless, he hits the nail on the head with Kayle. I always love hearing Skyen's opinion whether I agree or not, always interesting and insightful.
