ru srs. It says in the description it removes debuffs -_-. I guess that explains tho why it wouldn't get rid of Tahm's passive on me when I tried to use it....

Edit: I'm dumb I can't read "summoner spell debuffs"....so it only removes ignite and exhaust. Ok then.
