Ashe to Ashe, Dust to Help plz

So, i've got one heck of a build for Ashe. It worked last season, and it works this season, when its together. The problem i have is item buy order priority. You see, this is the build

item 3153item 3085item 3072 item 3006 item 3046 item 3087

The reasoning is as follows:

item 3153 plus item 3085 has always been a strong combo. The side bolts apply the percent health damage, meaning you are doing meaningful damage (and getting meaningful life-steal) from the side bolts. These side bolts also apply Ashe 's frost shot passive. item 3085 also gives her bonus movement speed, which combined with her slow add to her kiting potential and overall surviability. For those who don't know it, crits don't do any extra damage for her, but her shots apply frost shot, and follow up shots on the same target apply bonus damage scalling with 110% of your ad plus an additional 10% per 10% of crit. item 3153 not only gives her an even better team-fight with item 3085 , but gives her some of the lifesteal in both a passive an an active that she desperately needs to survive, as she's extremely immobile and squishy. The extra 25 AD is usefull, and the attack speed is extremely important, as most of her damage comes from being able to proc her Q Hunters focus as fast as possible.

item 3072 as a follow up gives Ashe 30% life-steal and a shield, 50% when you run warlords blood-lust, which after the nerf to fervor of battle, i generally do. The flat 75 AD is a good boost, and in my opinion is a better rout then an item 3031 , because of the way her crits actually work, and the need for survivability.

item 3006 What other boots would you buy on an adc? Movement speed and attack speed, two things Ashe loves.

item 3046 greatly increases Ashe 's dueling capability. Increased movement speed, no more minion blocking, crit and attack speed. The passive to reduce incoming damage works great for keeping her alive. with this and item 3085 that is also 60% crit, and 170% bonus AD from her passive.

Lastly, item 3087 . This gets Ashe to 200% bonus AD from her passive at 90% crit, which is important. The movement speed again works wonders to keep her alive, and the passive bonus damage, which is applied by the bolts from item 3085 , gives her an even better team-fight potential. Between item 3085 and item 3087 , Ashe gets some pretty impressive wave-clear (read, near instant), and movement speed that can make her a great split pusher. With the dueling capacity given to her by having 30% lifesteal (45% with item 2140 ), 12% damage reduction from item 3046 , the slows to kite, and item 3153 's active, she can split push while being able to take on anyone that roams bot to deal with her.

If the game drags on long enough, I typically sell item 3006 for either item 3156 or item 3053 . item 3139 if they have a great deal of hard cc.

The build works well, and makes Ashe a force to be reckoned with. The problem i have, is getting it started. Last season and here lately i've been running item 1038 on first back then rushing item 3153 , followed by item 3085 , item 1001 , then upgrading item 1038 into item 3072 , then item 1001 into item 3006 . item 3046 comes next and I finish off with item 3087 . Last season it worked phenominally but with the changes (which none of them directly effected these items, item 3153 got buffed but thats it), it seems to be getting me slaughtered even when a little ahead in cs. I can't 1v1 champs like draven or caitlyn or varus like i did last season after getting item 3153 and item 1038 .

Is there a better way to start out this build? a better item priority path I can take? If i can get Ashe to her third item, all is well. its getting there that has been the problem. I appreciate any and all advice, thanks!

What I've always done which helps if I can last long enough in lane is to start item 1038 and then make item 3085 , often finishing item 3031 after, getting item 3006 in the middle somewhere. I suppose you could do something like

item 3144 > item 3085 > item 3153 getting the greaves later. Boots shouldn't be rushed, see if you can back with 1500g so you can get the cutlass and some boots of speed.

fervor was buffed for adc... it now gives flat ad instead of on hit physical damage which means it scales off your crit and lifesteal

You sacrifice so much without Infinity Edge on Ashe. Her DPS scales off bonus crit damage.

Read up on her passive.
