ok Quinn Discussion!!! Again...

So I was asked after a game how I felt about Quinn's visuals, gameplay, and balance... Her balance at this point is great once she's fed. Early game is kind of weak to me but that keeps things fair anyway. (Visuals and gameplay) the ult is glitchy and still feels a bit clunky when done, my q sometimes goes through jungle monsters and champs, e sometimes does not bounce off the target (jax, nasus, garen)... All in all, JUST FIX THE GLITCHES PLEASE... Don't nerf her because she's already still weak against Vayne, Miss Fortune, Xin, Jax, Garen and a lot of other champs. The way she is now, I feel confident in dualing them though once I'm fed.
