He can now no longer ult you. Congrats, you took away the only thing he is good for.
and staying out of range are your options. You can always put him super far behind early so he's not a factor, especially since his early CAN be exploited.

I see many people think malph is just ulti, but q, e, w have huge ap scaling. To beat him you should understand the game plan of full ap malph. It is usually start corrupting, poke till you run out of mana, back, buy, tp to lane, win by poking and playing safe till 6, win game after 6. You should pick a nice lane bully that can out trade him, or an adc like cait or vayne, and your jungler should be smart enough to camp your lane pre six to farm malph. If you kill him 3-4 times before he gets ulti he is done for... unless he is a good player and plays macro well and eventually outscales you. Also never let him poke you for free. If you have to back and he is full hp, you should learn playing another lane.
