Perma ban with no prior punishment or warning

Welp got my account perma banned for completely losing it when a pantheon instalocked and forced me to basically mid. I admit I'm an asshole, I'm toxic and I bitch A LOT at the game.

However I'm not the only person to go crazy in a game like that. I'm playing my ranked to climb and when I get stupid people it bothers me, people make death threats and don't get banned. I would have been fine with long ban but they didn't put me on chat restriction, or any punishment thus far aside from some low piroirty ques from dcing this season. But just instant perma ban? Well riot I've been reported and lost 1 account because I got reported by the same 5 man team for playing them twice in a row, guess toxicity got me this time. The around $500 if not easily more spent on skins because I supported your game since the begining? Nah suck a perma ban. Because on a game you should be able to call someone a dumbass for being a dumbass they got the handy mute button RIGHT THERE.

But hey, instant perma ban. Alright I guess it's settled I am a toxic asshole. I was on like 500 games on chat restriction last season. Spent all of season 2-3 not talking because I refused to use chat. Lost one account for literally doing nothing but playing against a premade and 10 reports = instant ban.

You got exactly what you deserved and nothing of value was lost, maybe you will learn from it.

It puzzles me why Riot doesn't punish instalocking and obvious trolling.

The system was changed in Aug-2015 to not give out "perma chat restrictions", instead it now has a 4 tier punishment system:

  • 10 game chat restrict
  • 25 game chat restrict
  • 14-day ban
  • permaban

In your 14-day ban reform card & email, you were clearly notified that your next punishment is a permaban.

You can get perma banned for saying certain things.

Pretty sure stuff like racism, threats, wishing death or harm upon someone, hate speech, etc can be grounds for an instant ban if Riot sees fit.

And I'm pretty sure a Rioter is the one to ban you, not the system.

The chat restrictions reset, but the 14 day ban stayed with you when they changed the system. Sorry for your luck. Half the perm bans are worthy, and the other half are people that respond to toxicity too often with counter toxicity and get axed solely on that count.

Severe outbursts have always been able to escalate punishments. If you post the chat logs I can probably help you understand specifically what got you banned.

That said, your attitude here is going to do you no favors. If anything it is just a demonstration of why you needed to be permanently banned.
