Can Bladesurge Get the Twin Fang Treatment?

Irelia's Q reset is really clunky in all the same ways that Twin Fang used to be. Occasionally it doesn't even reset when you get kill credit. If you want to chain champion kills you either have to be sure you're going to get the kill credit, forego using it altogether, or just accept that you're not going to get a reset. Personally, I think her Q reset is the most fun part about her kit, but it's a pain when it doesn't work like you expect.

It needs some leniency in the same way that Cassy's E got leniency.
