What would the game look like if you only showed the hitbox?

Some hitboxes are dumb. We all know the famous Gragas E and hook abilities. If you stripped the game down to just hitboxes, how different would it go? Dodging things may be easier. Some hitboxes really need fixing... The game would look very different, and not just because you remove all the visual stuff, but because you can see how bullshit they are compared to the animation.
