Unhealthy Champs that need some nerfs

Perhaps you could explain why? or are these just the champs you hate playing against?
How long have you been here? Constructive rant posts are very rare.

oh, i kinda dip in and out whenever i feel like it. maybe overall a week or two spread out over my time playing League

even if you beat some of these champs they still come back too hard.
Nasus and Veig are unhealthy/antifun stackers that easily gain farm and can end the game with either of their Ults and need some reduction on stacking because they get it so easily.
Fizz is so bursty and even if you beat him in lane he can still 3 hit you despite your amount of MR
Ekko is really unhealthy because his ult deals so much damage and he has multiple abilities that can keep him safe, they even come with insane burst.
Illaoi ult and tentacle grab are really unhealthy, even if you dodge 3 of them 1 lucky grab will manage to do so much of your health
Jinx is too good and scales too well, her rocket launcher and other parts of her kit give her easy access to kills and if you shut her down she will be almost just as hard to beat as Vayne, she should receive some debuffs to keep her balanced like Caitlyn
Karma, Salami czech republic hear a theee and some other weird gibberish she spouts while she keeps you cc'd
Kled bursts so much and can easily 1v3 because he is so tanky and powerful, while his not too hard to use it's too rewarding and promises many kills.
Xin Zhao can dive so much and his gap closers make it really unfun
Udyr (the guy wearing a trashbag and constantly spamming we do not pity the defenseless) too easy to gank and score kills with and can burst down tanks and very difficult to chase
Vayne is broken and will easily demolish a team even if you cc her because of her stealth and escapes.
Talon is just too strong and difficult to beat when your team doesn't know how to beat him and he has easy escapes in the jg
Shyvana? don't get me started on dragon thot, she is too powerful and can 1v5 if you engage at the right time and she's impossible to beat unless you have a champ that can 1v1.
Akali burst is too high and heals too much and can easily gapclose, I shouldn't have to take a control ward to see her.
Janna? she has too much protection and can easily carry the game if she shields and peels for the right person, you have to jump on her and use so much just to beat her

Thanks for taking the time to respond,
Lets start with Nasus/Veigar.
I 100% agree that Nasus needs some kind of reduction to his stacking, while i dont think it should be taken away, it should atleast be reworked to give others more ways to punish him for it. In my opinion, Veigar is fine as he is. maybe removing the bonus to his W, but overall I find the stacking fine, it places emphasis on dodging and he suffers from the issue of only being able to ult one target, it requires teamwork to make sure he cant ult your carries.
Fizz.
I agree, Fizz is annoying to play against, however he also has very telegraphed windows of power that can be abused and predicted, he is an assassin, that means he needs to have some way to outplay or trick you. and Playful/Trickster is just that, an ability that you need to be constantly aware of and trying to bait out before going in for the kill.
Ekko.
Not sure what to say here, its kind of the same as Fizz, he has telegraphed windows of power that you need to play around in order to be successful. Watching where his Ult will land as well as respecting his e.
Illaoi.
Now, admittedly i don't have much experience vs Illaoi, i'm a mid main, however from what iv'e seen on both my team and enemy teams. she is a diver, like Dianna. her main damage comes from her tentacles, and if you are hit by her E, well then you just have to take the time to dodge her tentacles, in addition, it is well knows that you can reduce the E duration by attacking Illaoi, or reduce the damage by moving out of range of her.
Jinx.
Jinx is a hypercarry, designed to be weak in the early game and slowly build up. you need to take advantage of that by pressuring her and making sure she does not get free CS. Make her work to CS, this will delay her scaling, although there is not much you can do once Laning phase is over, hopefully she will be far enough behind that you can force the game to end, like most other hyper carries.
Karma.
I will admit, Karma is a pain, however one of her largest weakness' is that she can only target and lock down one target at a time, use this to pressure her and force her to back off.
Kled.
Honestly I got nothing, I hate him and his stupid lizard. but I guess if you were looking to weaknesses, he is a very high risk, high reward champion, he rewards those that co-operate with their team, otherwise he may end up charging in 1v5.
Xin Zhao.
Xin is an interesting one, while he can snowball quite hard when ahead, he also falls off super hard if behind. Save your stuns and knockups till after his dash, as he has no way to dodge them at that range.
Udyr.
Udyr has no dashes, the only way he gets a speed boost is from his E. Making sure you have wards covering your lane as well as picking good kiting champs tend to help as he needs to get to melee range to do any kind of damage.
Vayne.
The worst thing you can do against a Vayne is leave her alone. During the lane phase you need to pressure her. Trade with her and force her to miss CS. She falls behind fast due to her reliance on items.
Talon.
Talon is an assassin, it is up to your Mid to know how to deal with him, knowing he has an amazing Level 2 all in you need to play careful. let him push you under tower so he cant dive you. if he tries to roam ping the side he goes and follow, even if it means the tower will take damage, you have to stay with him and understand what his priorities will be, 'if he can vault over walls why would he walk though river?' tell your bot to back up to tower. especially pre 6 he cant do much.
Shyvana.
Invade her, take her camps and never 1v1 her. he does not have any kind of lockdown so kiting will be super effective against her.
Akali.
Akali is feast or famine. She either does really well or she falls off hard, Assasins need a Jungler's help if they really want to snowball so make sure you are well warded, if she tries to dive in 1v2+, target her instantly, make her regret going in outnumbered and make sure you keep your tank line in front.
Janna.
Janna has nothing when her shield is down, she has no way to restore health so trading and poking her is quite effective. Personally i don't find her shield too difficult to deal with, early on she does not bring much so that's when you have your chance.
Hope my points make sense
If you’re losing to karma you’re just bad
There's quite a substantial problem with Akali, she can sustain so well in the early stages of the game, considering she's not as good on lvl 1-3. By 5, your damage suddenly spikes up, and it's really hard to itemize against hybrids since tanks have to build both mr and armor just to counter act against what Akali builds. By lvl 6 Akali's kill potential goes insane and she literally can just harass many tank champions in lane. Having energy as a pool makes her even harder to deal with because she's never really out of it. With all Ionians, their escape method costs so much but you hardly even need them other than initiating or escaping ganks. Akali however, has her ult to initiate. Everything in her kit is ok, not too broken. Her Q is undeniably arguable because mixing it with a auto can be so devastaing that even if Akali is down by two kills. She still can flat out win with 1 item.
Her passive is really the problem. She heals, then does a shit ton of damage on second hit. Her Q and passive need some sort of thing to keep it balanced. Like a short second or two cool down on her passive in the beginning to keep her from snowballing out of control. If given the chance, Akali will go out of control.
Has Talon
Riot says Talon is underperforming and is "the weakest assassin" and needs buffs
"Here's a list of champs I have lost to recently"
I feel that's more accurate

Incredible, he didn't put master yi and yasuo into the list.

Both Yi and Yas are actually in pretty good places in terms of balance.
