why u should NOT nerf evelynn : she has 51 winrate , so she is well BALANCED this nerf is not needed ( not asked either ) her q will be useless late game the most of the eve player play her ap ad bruiser eve sucks and is totaly useless

20 dmg on her main damage spell , lower her base dmg so hard

and buff her ulti's slow isnt enough to balance eve after this q nerf , she needs her E to be magic dmgs 5 ( RIP DFG CMON) and / or to balance her ult dmg in to MAX HEALT and not current healt .

Uhm, no, most Eve players play her as a full tank with maybe one damage item maximum.

Which will be far less viable when warrior enchant gets changed unless the true damage burn is a % of the total physical damage done in the last 3 seconds instead of % of the largest instance of physical damage done.

i have tested a ton of different build on eve . eve full tank its like press r , spam some random q and die , rly bad option for solo q

i really dont see anny reason to play ad eve i mean shes just a bad shaco than ?

tanky eve is sort of get i mean she does have the ability to get slows of her and ascape and she has her ult but than again id much rather play tank leblanc who also can get away from anny situation and has 3 snares
