Top 200 Get Special Mastery

Just a suggestion for top 200 mastery level summoners of that region to get a special mastery in load screen. It can be like a shinier mastery 7. I just feel like unless you stalk someone's profile, there's nothing to show that dedication to the champion. Plus people with that much mastery have far exceeded the point requirement and probably got mastery 7 a long time ago.
