Can we PLEASE get some nerfs to Vladamir and Ekko?

With the amount of power that was shown with these two champions this weekend with the LCS finals I think that we can all agree that these two champions are just two strong. Heck, Huni in the Imt vs Clg game built a Titanic Hydra (an AD item) on Ekko and he was still able to go off and delete people with not much ap. In regards to Vladamir, it's pretty rediculous that an empowered Q can heal for almost 800-1000 in late game on such low cool downs. I know people are going to say (these are professionals and you are a Silver scrub) but everything that I have pointed out is valid and needs to be addressed.

Vlad has low range, not that good waveclear, horrible early game, a bad auto attack, not much damage without his ult, his E can be blocked by minions and it isn't very long range..He should be classed as melee instead of mage, he can be kited easily. Yeah his Q heals for like 1k but he needs to charge it. He doesn't have much burst damage so burst champions are really good vs. him because be dies before he can heal it all back. It's like annie, never attack her when she has her stun. Just never attack Vlad when he has his empowered Q thing.

Ekko I understand though.

Vlad is only op in competitive play. He has a 44% in ranked and with the impending nerfs hes gonna have an even harder time trying to win games.
