That's what happens when you're a champion that rakes in the cash for Riot. You get to remain broken for months and months on end, and when they eventually do nerf you, it's a small slap on the wrists.

Orianna's kit is what makes her strong. Her stong zoning mixed with some damage here and there will always be powerful. If anything, in high elo, Aurelion sol seems to do her job a lot better in zone control. Orianna, believe it or not is perfectly balanced in higher elo.
