You did get outplayed, you weren't smart enough to see she was looking for an opening, didn't ward where she just came from, or didn't itemize for someone who all they can do is flash + R.

I see 1 game vs an annie 3 days ago when you where sion, and one game 6 days ago vs anne as lux. You sold all your items at the surrender but befor selling them off your build was item 1058 item 1056 item 3020 item 3113 item 3802 I'm almost positive that some one is going to tell your build MR vs annie, hell odds are before I'm even done looking over your game it will be posted before I finish this post. But yea, BUILD MR. try item 3111 and consider running summoner 21 (easy to use) summoner 1 (bit harder but can still save your life.) over the summoner 14 (your lux stay out of her range mate.). Also she only picked up 3 kills on you , thou her stun probally helped the panthy or Vi get ya. Also it looks like you poked badly, given that you had last place in damage to champions losing to even the support Natu on your team. Given that you have waited 6 days to post about annie I kinda feel your just jumping onto the fotm hate bandwagon wanting nerfs rather then investing into learning how to deal with a champ.

I like to help folks when I have downtime. Rather then the standard git gud noob that's done just to be an asshole to some one, I try to take the time to look into numbers then try to tailor my advice to them. I would like to invite you to not take anything I say personally and your more then welcome to disagree with me. The good news is your already in gold so your gonna be getting yourself season rewards. Annie has a simple playstyle, its strong when done well, and even stronger when players don't take the correct steps vs it. Your history lacks meaningful information and it has been days from the last time you played vs an annie ranked on this account. From the title I am assuming your frustration with her is I don't like being busted down instantly, yet when your playing vs a champion whos designed to burst down you took no steps to prevent it. No mr, no hp, and you ran an aggressive ss. Next game I can find is Donger mid 14 days ago and same problems, after that is ekko 19 days ago and you won that, beat enemy annie, still ran aggressive items, no mr, and agro ss. But you only died 2 times. So thankfully looks like she was not able to 100 to 0 you.

If you want to do better vs annie consider buying items differently then just going glass cannon every game There is nothing wrong with simple kits or simple champions, your able to know what they do and react to it, or not and you can struggle with it. Either way given that you have only had to vs her 3 times in the last month, I don't get why your this upset. Item build is part of the game and if you wont adapt it then your being outplayed by virtue of just giving the opponent permission to erase you at will.

If all she did was press R, then she is seriously strong. She probably has a hundreds of CS, kills in the tens, and many assists, and you have no MR.

If she's using her Flash and her R to get a solo kill on you, she isn't in a good position to teamfight. Capitalize on that.

Lastly, if she is fed enough to kill you with just R, then you should always stay with another ally. Not close enough so that she can blow both of you up, but so that when she nukes you, your ally can potentially kill her.

Really though, if she is that fed to be one-shotting you with just R, she is almost unbeatable. Your team likely just fed her past the point of no-return. I can think of almost no situation in which a Champion would become fed enough to one-shot another, so you have seriously messed up if she is actually demolishing you with just the nuke from Tibbers.

My heart is telling me to say that annie is a champ that can be bullied early and has a low enough range for long range mages and adcs to usually kite her off and hopefully the supports and the tanks are doing the same, but my mind is telling me fuck that shit, I don't want to have to pick fucking varus or xerath to play against her effectively. Take your pick on which one you want to focus on because I'm torn.
