why does it feel like riot doesn't care about balance anymore?

i mean the games been unbalanced for quite some times, but not majorly, and you'd see riot working towards making the game balanced, but over the course of these last couple patches it's starting to feel like riot just went FUCK it and handed the balancing over to an intern.
