I was just wondering If I rolled a midlane in the solo que draft, and then i traded for support, is it impossible for me to get an S on the support I pick? I mean since I rolled midlane and then traded will it affect my champion rating at all?

No. In fact, playing champions in roles they don't belong and still doing well sometimes increases your rating.
