Cait is supposed to be a siege ADC? Fine. Still she shouldnt be able to shut of botlane at lv 9.
Solution? Make the numbers of her traps not scale with points in the skill, but with level, so she can only do full lane shutdowns at level 14 or so.
Because right now, she hits level 9 and can just block the whole botlane with no risk at all for her.
