I don't pay much attention to the PBE and reading up on news and such. Can someone tell me if he tested this ridiculous in PBE? I just watched him solo baron at 21 minutes?!?! Why did he make it on to live servers in such an overpowered state?

NO ONE who puts out that much damage should have that much healing AND a blink engage. AND he can do it while being kinda tanky?! This seems like a major fail in champion concept. His core - what does Riot call it, identity? I forget - seems flawed. What do you guys think?
