As in her actually & literally throwing her teddy bear at a distance & unleashes her Tibbers, not just insta-appearing with her freaking 3 year old ninja arms. This will help open more counterplays in terms of dodging & dashing away from it.

She needs this and a timer on her passive. Until that happens she will continue to be a nightmare in both mid lane and support roles.

I think he means make it similar to how Bards ult, Zileans Q, or Vel's... Knock up spell. Just add travel time to it so a giant bear isn't summoned underneath your feat.
