elise dodges time bombs

Untargetable doesn't mean undamagable. If a spell is already on you you shouldn't be able to avoid it with something like trollpole or rappel.

Personally, I think if Time Bomb kills Elise mid-rappel, it should rain spider bits.

Fizz can pogo them, why shouldn't she be able to rappel them?

Does fizz pogo them before or after they land? If its after I think that should be recoded. Before I could see as you have effectively become untargetable... but after when its already on you it not so smart. Hey I just put a bomb on you... oh yeah well I jumped on a pole... or swung thru the air. Not quite the same as I shot something at you and before it hit you you went into a non touchable state.

Elise can also rappel other things, like Caitlyn ult and Swain mark. Her rappel is basically a remade Fizz pole.

Too bad she doesn't dodge anything else with it, because every time I hit the ability I flop over backwards as a dead spider. ignite's the worst about it. somehow people hit me with it mid rappel.

there had to be a counter to those easy-to-plant bombs. there is really no mechanic to avoid them other than those very unique skills like fizz e or elise rappel.

Considering that it makes her untargetable? Yes. Should Fizz's trollpoll and should Zhonya's active also not make people dodge the bomb explosion?

Been that way since release. It seems right to me, because she goes untargetable right? I don't play elise in SR but I'm pretty sure she can dodge lots of things by rappelling. Karth ult for one comes to mind. just like Fizz's E.

She counts as untargetable like Fizz and Vladimir so its supposed to be that way. One thing I figured out is tethers like can still hurt her while she is up there so it looks like Fiddlesticks is draining the sky or something.
