TEAM game but usually ONE scenario determines the OUTCOME

I just get super frustrated, as a top lane main. The outcome of the game strictly comes down to either three things. A. Who has the better bot lane B. Who has the most "balanced", champion.

Let's deal with scenario A first. Botlane is a #$%^ show. Has been for some time now. I have to say about 50% of my games are determined by how botlane performs. If botlane gets behind it seems to just snowball out of control. Not to mention most junglers just camp bot lane because they dont even need to farm anymore. Instead of getting angry I try to understand it. You cant say botlane or adc is trash position but they get the MOST attention and the are the ones who influence the game the MOST. You dont see 4 man top lane ganks or 4 man midlane ganks. But for a game that is supposed to focus on team play it seems to focus more on that particular lane the most.

Scenario B. This is not gonna be another rant about how the balancing team is a joke. We all get it. continues to rant anyway But this game has how many champions? How many actually get played? maybe 10-20 on a consistent basis. Why? because jesus christ, if your kit doesnt have mobility, shield, peel, innate healing, true stealth, and intargetability (is that a word), then you are gonna get dumped on like a truck driver bathroom stop in the middle of route I-75. So knowing this what happens? Lets push out a brand new champion (that sucks by the way) that has most of the forementioned. Honestly this game doesnt need any new champs, I never see rants and raves about how this game does not have enough champions. How about you focus on all the OLDER champions and update their kits to the modern direction that this game seems to taking. Suffice it to say, the other 30% is lost due to just brain dead monkey madness kits and damage. I perma ban jax, like seriously I ban to before the screen even gives me the option to. What I used to do was ban the champion with the highest winrate bot to help my teammates out, cause more likely than not I can hold my own in top lane. But when you go up against a team that consist of Jax, Irelia, Akali, Ezreal, and Zyra, you just kinda have to role your eyes. I mean you cant play champs you actually enjoy cause they get left in the dust. Now I LOVE yorick since the beginning. I like the update they gave him. I think its kind of silly there is no timer on his ult and that you can literally go the entire game with it on if someone doesnt kill it and it also instantly follows you on a B or TP (not sure who thought that was a good idea) but i can admit maybe it is a bit much. Like maybe set a timer for 2 or 3 minutes and if the timer reaches 0 and no one kills the Maiden 50% of the ults CD is received or something. But now I can just split, recall, split, recall, until someone is forced to deal with me and not many champs can 1 v 1 yorick. But anyway i loss my point and probably your attention. THIS GAME JUST SEEMS LIKE MORE OF A REGIMEN THAT ISNT FUN THAN A GAME. Help me understand!
