Stopping the Heim push
I figured it out, you banner of command a minion in his lane and he cant auto push the lane as hard. Also, banner of command is broken, or at least really strong.

My favorite thing to do is build it on soraka against heavy AP teams. Keep healing the buffed minion ;)
