I played against a cc heavy comp a few days ago, had merc treads, tenacity mastery, Stormraiders proc, used mercurial smitar, exaust AND ghost, and still couldn't catch the carry as Morde.
I was against lux ashe bot.

wei2701 voteswhen you ask that question i like to compare the cc in this game to the ccs in dota, in dota the ccs usually have far longer duration, but it feel like there are less of them, the only hero that was 3 ccs is earth shake is he is highly praised for that.
while in lol there are lot and lots of ccs almost every champ has some from of cc. and there are some like maokai has 4 cc in one champ and numerous others that have 3, but cc in lol general have far shorted duration compare to the ones in dota
