Clarity issue with Anivia's Q

So, a while back Riot went and added a red border around the edge of Cho'Gath's Q and stated that the added clarity for counterplay was more important than power gained by an enemy not being sure where it was safe to stand. They probably made other similar changes at the time, but I like Cho'Gath so that one stood out to me.

They recently added a particle effect to Anivia's Q that clearly shows the radius of the stun, but then hid that particle effect from the enemy team. Why is it OK for Anivia to have power tied up in lacking clarity to the opponent? Experienced players know how big the stun is, it makes no difference to us if you show it or not. The only people who are losing by deciding not to show this particle to the opposing team are new players who are just going to think its bullshit to get stunned by something that so clearly missed them.

I found this to be a really odd decision by the Riot team. I implore them to consider making the new particles visible to both teams, for clarity.

Because the last thing you want to do is nerf the most balanced champion in the game by letting people dodge the slowest skill shot in the game much easier, as if it wasnt easy enough already
