Please do something about Jhin and Stormrazors
Its painful when an ADC has 475+ MS for each shot he does from just one item. His passive was designed for the old crit items which gave it a more linear and growth and not expected on each shot pre 40 mins. Now he gets his stupid MS boost on every shot he does. His damage is fine, but his ability to infinitely kite anything that doesnt have dashes ad nauseum, it means this passive is just too much for early game.
Went into a custom game to figure out just how much it affects him, With only storm razors and celerity he gets 475 MS, With tier 2 boots its 505 (515 with swiftness). Which makes this one of the largest MS boosts in the game and its not even an ability. Using a standard build I pulled from the last 10 jhins I played against the normal MS was 610 usually reaching this after their 3rd item. Compare this to Udyr who has a similar MS boost style, With just tier 2 boots and lv 1 bear stance he gets 445ms(460 with 3 stacks of his passive), a full 30 ms slower using the same runepage* I used on Jhin. At max bear stance (usually around lv 15) and typical bruiser build he gets a whopping 517 MS, almost 100 less MS than a ranged carry who needs no skill investment into this.
This means Udyr's only means to get onto jhin would either be his opponent be an idiot or he flash bear slaps. This gives him time for 3 autos(bear, tiger x2 presuming we are going bruiser Udyr) If udyr cannot kill Jhin in those 3 autos, which my standard build does 1125 in 3 autos vs a target dummy, this means jhin can not only outrun udyr by outrunning udyr and infinitely kiting him, but a flash can be thrown in for safe measure. I played around with a few other dashless, or dash on ultimate champions (another way to say primarily MS based champions) and found that only singed and mundo and zilean can match this speed, all of which need an ability to match this speed. This completely ruins any melee's day even if they have a dash because if they dont kill him in one shot they cannot fight back against jhin or unless they have many dashes.
Now if you say "oh its because you only play udyr" no I play many jungle champs, warwick, noc, trundle, vi, just to name a few, each gaining an individual problem against the sheer amount of MS jhin gains.
Other items have been removed because they synergize too well with even just a few champions, innervating locket is the first one to come to mind because it was "Too powerful" on udyr and sona. Gold income items were changed to be limited to one per champion because of the old "bankplank" build where you would build all gold gen items, be stupidly safe in lane and be full build at 30 mins. Shurelia's, atmas, and many other items were deemed too broken on a few select champs to be kept in the game and were removed.
Im not saying because Jhin synergizes too well with it that stormrazors should be removed, but his passive should be changed to not interact so well with it so we dont have need for speed jhin at one item.
TL:DR Jhin gains more MS from his passive than most melee get from abilities, and its too reliable with stormrazors. Nerf this interaction.
*runepage used in all interactions was the same of (PtA, triumph, Legend:Alacrity, Coup de Grace, water walking, and celerity) obviously this runepage is subpar for jhin and some of the champions I tested this with, and so some numbers on Jhin might be lower than actual game results
