Really, Riot? (URF THREAD)

So I got fed up with all the hyperpush comps, and decided I'd do the ultimate hyperpush. So I played Donger and aimed to get Banner of Command and Zz'rot portal. But.. those two items are disabled in URF. Why? Why are they disabled, but no champions are? I don't understand the logic. You can play Ryze and perma-cc people. You can play Jax and nobody can escape from your jump strikes. You can play Shaco and literally one-shot people with gunblade e thunderlords. You can play Vladimir and just be a red pool sliding around for the entire game. What's the logic?

Aw, I wanted to play a full banner team with soraka and karma defending the wave. ;;n;;

I wanted to counter the hyper-splitpush meta that exists in a fun game mode that's only around for one weekend at a time, so that I can have games that last longer than 13 minutes.

Use trap champions and hyper wave clear mages like ziggs and anivia. You can stall the game to 50 mintues. :P
