Nerf Leblancs Tether range on E to match its cast range.

Seriously. Why does she get a 925 range Tether into-root when the cast range is 865? The moment it lands on you there isn't any counterplay to getting that root cancelled unless you flash or have a mobility spell to burn.

Not to mention that when she reaches her cooldown cap (which is easy for LB now that main build paths include hella cooldown reduction to compliment her burst damage "LUDENS") her roots on a 6.6 to 6.05 cooldown.

Each time I play against a Leblanc, I don't mind the damage. But what I do mind is the fact that she can walk out of aggression range of tower, auto attacks, minions..EVERYTHING, because that damn tether is SO long. It has no counterplay but burning a flash to escape it.

Its already an absurdly long tether ability. Why she gets so much safety when she has a 5-second CD Dash (that can be used twice, and allow recall to prior position!) is beyond me as a burst mage/assassin. Seriously. The range is way too large.
