I submitted a ticket like 48 hours ago about a guy inting my game with all tears and had video evidence and he still hasn't been banned, I know because I went to check his match history when I logged in today and saw recent games, some played today, and I also saw he had inted 2 more games with all tears just in his match history and is still not banned, so can one of you jagaloons stop licking the cheeto dust off your fingers and do something about it, thank you

If I was customer support, I would not be compelled to help you if this is how you started the conversation. Also, intentionally feeding is wrong and punishable, but it's not a 1 game and gone thing. It's not a personal ban service that you write in to them, and it's automatically done. It's their choice, and in general, it's the same (just wastes more human time) as using the ! report player option in the post game screen. It holds no more weight to go in and send them images and videos. It also doesn't help to get offended when they do not follow your commands like you expect.
