Improving play

Hi, I've been playing LoL for a month now and I'm really trying to improve my play. I've been watching a lot of videos on certain champions, reading up on different builds, warding (I like playing support), and just trying to play a lot.

The one thing I'm really hoping to find though is a site that breaks down the match histories a little bit more in depth. When I used to play WoW, I'd use Warcraftlogs all the time to see if I was standing in bad, healing the right people, timing CDs appropriately, etc.

The match history is pretty in depth, but it seems like there are a lot of other factors especially for a support character where it's not as easy to say "I went 15/2/9, definitely a good game". As support I see that as possibly taking early game kills away from my ADC or jungler who could use them much more than me. Also it's hard to track improvement rather than going through each match individually and breaking it down.

I've been on a few different sites but haven't found any single one that really breaks down this side of things. I've noticed lolking breaks down a bit, but the matches it has on there seem so highly inaccurate (comparing with my actually LoL match histories) that I don't trust it. Thanks a ton for any info and hope you all have fun.

tl;dr, I want to improve my performance. Are there any good sites that really break down the match histories in depth?

I think the best way is to watch your own replays and criticize your own play.

Sounds like something to distract me while I'm at work, haha. Thanks for the tip.
