With the cool down to Garen's ultimate on pbe, the question now comes to whether or not Garen can take Teleport instead of ignite. If Garen's ultimate did 200 base magic damage instead of the current 175, I think Teleport would be much better than ignite on Garen. Usually, the enemy has 10-50 hp left after being ulted by Garen where ignite usually finishes them off.

If they have 10-50 HP left after using Demacian Justice it just means you're using it too early...
LegenDariusGaren1 votesI think that it does. You want to snowball as Garen. It is sometimes hard to tell when to use the ultimate depending on their runes etc. I think like a bit more base damage would make me run Teleport.

if you have a good matchup, go for ignite. if the enemy has tp, it gives you really a lot of duelling power in lane, and you might end up putting so much pressure on your opponent, that he cant utilize his tp properly. ive had a bunch of games, where i was pressuring my opponent so hard (partially thanks to ignite). that he had to burn it over and over just to get back into lane and not lose out on much farm.
