Taliyah needs better ap ratios
After playing her for 25+ games, I noticed her biggest problem is her damage when she is ahead. She doesn't do nearly as much damage as other ap mages.

I'll argue this.
Taliyah just needs an absolutely complete revert to pre-6.14.

Normally I go Morello's as a First Item but I had just had a Triple Kill and went with Rylai's instead. From the minute I got Rylai's I ran that game. If we raise Taliyah's AP Ratios, nothing good can come from it.
- She'll end up like Syndra, on Lower CD's.
- LCS plays her, every one plays her. I like how 'unpopular' she is.
- These numbers that I can put up consistently on her just don't make me ever say, "We should increase the Taliyah ratios, I don't do enough damage to carry."

Are you sure about that? If anything, I think she does more than any Mage when ahead, except for syndra I suppose. Her issue is when she is not ahead... That's when things are mediocre.
