Dear Riot - Lux's balanced state

Dear Riot,

I believe Lux is severely underpowered compared to most other champions in the game, and this stems from the fact that her abilities are slow and freely aimed. The reason I believe she's underpowered or mediocre is because even in an alternate universe where Lux's Light Binding ability were to have a 1 second cooldown, enemies who are familiar with a 1 second cooldown Lux would still be able to outplay her relatively easily by dodging in the right ways. In some cases, enemies would be able to kill her outright (Kha'Zix, for example) even while binded by her abilities, because Lux has cast times that can't be ignored when her opponents are within melee (kill) range. I think Lux could use some projectile width or speed updates, as a result.

TL;DR -Lux is a mediocre mage with too much counterplay, an issue that can't be solved with a minor damage or cooldown change alone.
