Can you please address elo rubber banding because It's putting me on the verge of quitting league

Why am I sitting here winning 12 lp per game and losing 23+? Its practically impossible to climb. My mmr has been unplayable since my d3 promos, since then I demoted to p1 on a massive loss streak, and through some stroke of random convenience I made it back to d5, but at this point I don't even want to be d5 because my mmr refuses to go up regardless how many games I win. I was doing great today, I had 14 wins and 6 losses at one point, unfortunately that only translated to an lp gain of <50 because of this unplayable mmr.

Then I go on a random 6 loss streak where the games barely last 15 minutes and everyone is flaming each other. Someone on the other team pops off and completely ruins it for the rest of my team, then I get the same person on my team the next game and they are barely useful? I get 4 man dived 3 times over the course of 5 minutes? In almost all of them the enemy team had ~ 15 more kills than my team at 15 minutes, why did these games become one sided all of the sudden?

I feel like I don't even get to play the game when my matches are this rigged. I'm losing my damn mind over this

Why am I about to be demoted for going 14 wins - 12 losses today? Do I really have to make a new account if I want to play a decent game of league of legends?
