If he reaches the attack speed cap, and then gets more attack speed from something like a Nidalee heal, will the attack speed steroid still increase his AD?

I am fairly certain that his AS doesn't scale at all, so he can never hit the cap. On the other hand, he stops at 30% AD with 100% crit chance.

Jhin gets about 3% attack speed per level, so at level 18 he is hitting just under 2 attack per second (I think). Nothing lowers his reload time (2.5 seconds).

Building attack speed on him converts into an increase in attack damage by 25% of the attack speed buff. So if Jhin has 100 ad (actual ad, not from his passive) and has 40% attack speed and no crit chance he will have 110 damage (25% of the 40% attack speed buff is a 10% increase, 10% of 100 is 10 and tada).
