What was your favorite terrible Item?
Mine was Eleisa's miracle.
Mine was Eleisa's miracle.
RIP Locket. Damn you Guardsman Bob.
Mine was definitely season 2's Executioner's Calling.
18% life steal, 15% crit, a ~600 range 8 second duration grievous wounds (50%) active tied to a 30 second CD. All for 1350 gold.
Pretty amazing on champions with solid AD steroids. Also you could stack 2 of them for only 2700 gold and get 36% life steal and 30% crit chance, where Bloodthirster was 3000 gold for 25% life steal (fully stacked, only started at 10%). Which was kind of a broken amount of life steal - especially when you consider a fully stacked Bloodthirster would only offer 12.5% against you if you tagged such an opponent with the active.
Provided a game actually dragged on long enough you had to sell 1 for space: you're only down 338 due to the item's non-existent price as well. Assuming you didn't use the item's derpy power to win earlier. Average per-game income is only ~11,000 after all: which is like 3 major items and boots, not exactly max build-cap woes.
2 Ex Callings was extremely broken in Dominion, won a lot of 1v3s with that setup. You never ever ever ever had to worry about selling them for space there.
Atmas and eleisas miracle.
To be honest, the miracle COULD make a comeback because of the new mana system; raising your base regen would be a great thing.
Sword of the Divine Was core on my 75% wirnare 100game miss fortune.
