Less overall damage and CC duration.

As the game evolves certain mechanics which used to be rare will get more common ( true damage) and I dont fucking mind that,but I highly disagree with one champion being able to dish out over 1000 true damage. How are we supposed to itemize against that?

And CC . . . We're easily able to build teamcomps with over 12 types of CC. With a high duration? Can we like reduce their duration as well? Or can we implement ways to reduce? Like Health reduces air-born effects? Armor reduces snares? Magic resists something? Or can we just change slows to reduce bonus movement speed? Hurts more champions that stack movement speed and not immobile ones?

Damage, slowly getting lower with each patch, but nowhere near enough for what people on the forums want, funnily enough, if they did reduce it, ten bucks people would just go back to whining how little damage is done with things like Doran shield and the resolve tree, but whatever, also, if you want lesser CC, buy tenacity, Merc Treads has been and always will be an amazing item.

You don't, you kill them first.

You mean tenacity, the ability to drop CC down by 30%, as well as exilir of iron and the resolve tree unflinching? Side note, making CC reduced based off defenses would utterly break some champions like Rammus whose mr and armor get to obscene levels end game.

It also makes slows pretty shit and some skills outright useless.

That's actually a really cool idea, never thought about it
