Hes trash right now, having lowest winrate on mid in past few patches, 0 pick rate in KR challenger. If he doesent get buffed and Rylais changes come then he will be useless and in desprate need of rework. I really dont understand why would you give a champion overloaded kit and then take half of it out and make him unplayable. Just played him and he feels so shit. :( Do something. 
He's utterly horrible garbage for over 99.8% of the playerbase. But he cannot get plain buffs/nerfs. The versatility of his kit is his problem, and the reason why he's nerfed so much. When Azir used to be good years ago, he was far too good. When he's not (aka, any time past years ago outside of LCS), he's completely worthless and one of the worst midlaners.
He needs a rework.
Issue is, if they take the dash away, they'd need to add something big, the dash is a big reason why alot of azir players shine, doing the shuffle and ulting the enemy. If they take that away im sure most azir players will leave him.
Great idea, buff a control Mage with mobility, what could go wrong?
If he gets buffed with his current kit he'll fly straight back to his old crazy chicken ass self where he's a must pick ban in the lcs and a total fucking pain for plat+ ranked.
He cannot get a buff without a rework first.
