Stop banning 1st rounds pick intent

If you think the champion is strong, and you are blue side...and the first pick of the entire game has that champ as their pick intent. WHY WOULD YOU BAN IT ON THEM.

Seriously, you think Tahm Kench is strong so you are banning him, but first pick of the entire game wants to play Tahm top on your team? Hey maybe let him have that pick and ban something else? My last game it happened to me, my pick intent was Morgana as first pick blue side, last ban on my team bans Morgana saying she is too strong...hello? And it isn't just that it happens to me, it happens to others as well when I am in pick/ban. I know a lot of people are doing it just to troll (my game he actually locked blitz adc, not support, but adc)

What is the point of pick intent if not to prevent things like this from happening e.e
